Review Summary
Previous versions have been criticized for taking too much time filling up the empty positions, and this issue has been amended to a certain degree in PiggyPop. There is still something awkward about the pace of the game however, and we don’t like the small pause you get after hitting the spin button. These are minor details perhaps, but it gets annoying rather quickly when you play.
We do like the Unlimited/Indefinite free spins round however, inspired by the classic streak respins feature as it certainly is. Racking up a solid global win multiplier is important, and the golden pig multipliers can really make a dent if you land enough. The bonus buy menu gives you some nice options (if available in your jurisdiction), and the 10,690x potential seems more realistic than what’s on offer in many previous installments in this series.
