The Heist Master will only appear on reel 3, and when he does, the Safe Heist feature is activated. This is a classic Hold & Respin feature, but with visual variations. You will only see safes and blanks on the reels, and the Heist Master occupies 2 positions on the middle reel.
Besides the safes, there's a large diamond locked in a cage. You need to fill the screen with cash prize safes to reach the diamond, boosting your total win by up to 10x. You receive new respins as long as new safes appear, and a Second Chance feature triggers on spins with only blanks.
The Second Chance feature is a large wheel with green and red segments. The police are closing in, but the Heist Master remains confident. The first time you trigger the Second Chance Wheel, only 1/4 is red, giving you a 75% chance of continuing the heist.
The red segment increases by 25% on each non-safe spin, and the number of police chasing you also increases. Eventually, you’re caught, and the Heist ends when you hit the red segment. At most, you can win a 1,410x haul from the Heist feature, which is also the maximum win.

We had some small base game wins before the Hold-Up Artist landed on reel 5. He cracked open safes for 8x our stake, and soon after, the Heist Master appeared on reel 3. We were lucky on our first escape attempt in the Second Chance feature, and the amount we won is shown in the highlights video.
