Triple Pot Gold Review
If you've experienced one Asian-inspired slot, you've likely seen them all. This game offers very few surprises. The dominant colors are red and gold, and the reels showcase familiar Oriental symbols. The soundtrack, however, is a bit unexpected. The visuals are a matter of taste, and this game clearly targets the Asian audience.
Let's get into the fundamentals. Bets range from €0.2 to €240 per spin, accommodating a broad range of players. You can win through regular symbol combinations or by collecting money symbols. Regular symbols pay when you land at least three matching symbols on adjacent reels, starting from the left, with potentially 243 ways to win.
The golden ship is the highest-paying symbol, followed by lanterns, drums, fans, and lotus flowers. These premium symbols award between 3.75x and 15x your bet for five-of-a-kind wins, while the lower-value symbols pay 1x to 2.5x your bet for the same. Wild symbols substitute for other paying symbols, and the Collector symbol gathers Money symbols worth up to 500x your bet in the base game.
The Bonus Round is the main attraction, triggered randomly by collecting up to three scatter symbols, each representing a position multiplier upgrade for different reels. You can further enhance these multipliers during the bonus, increasing money symbols that are instantly collected without a collector symbol. With an RTP of 96.02% and a 5,000x maximum win, this is a highly volatile game, scoring 5 out of 5 on the in-game volatility scale.
Triple Pot Gold Features
The features are straightforward, offering money collection in the base game and up to three modifiers that build position multipliers in the bonus round. Let’s explore them further!
Money & Collect Symbols
Money symbols, worth between 2x and 500x your stake, can appear on reels 1 to 4. However, they only pay if a Collect symbol is present. The Collect symbol lands on reel 5 only, gathering all visible money symbols to award their combined values.
Triple Pot Gold Free Spins
The Bonus Round triggers randomly when a Fu Bat, Dragon, or Tiger scatter is collected in their corresponding pots above the reels. Each pot represents a modifier, and you can trigger the bonus with one, two, or all three modifiers, depending on the scatters present on the spin. Here's a breakdown of the modifiers:
- Fu Bat Modifier - adds x2 and x3 multipliers to all positions on reels 1 and 2, or +2 and +3 if the reels already have multipliers.
- Dragon Modifier - adds x2, x5, and x3 multipliers to all positions on reels 2, 3, and 4, or +2, +5, and +3 if the reels already have multipliers.
- Tiger Modifier - adds x3 and x2 multipliers to all positions on reels 4 and 5, or +3 and +2 if the reels already have multipliers.
You begin with six free spins, and scatters can appear to trigger additional Fu Bat, Dragon, and Tiger modifiers during the bonus. This increases the multipliers on the relevant reel positions with no defined limit, and you receive +3 extra free spins for each new modifier you trigger. The reel position multipliers enhance money symbols only, and money symbol prizes are awarded without needing the collector symbol during free spins.
Triple Pot Gold Bonus Buy (not UK)
Eligible players can purchase the bonus round for 80x the stake. This grants a triggering spin that activates one, two, or all three modifiers.
Theme & Graphics
This game has a typical Asian theme, featuring a red wallpaper backdrop. Crimson cloud cutouts gently sway in each corner, with decorated pots of gold at the top of the 5x3 grid. The music is relaxing. The reels showcase lanterns, drums, lotus flowers, and a boat as the top-tier symbol.

Our Verdict
Before we get into this game specifically, I have a few general suggestions. It's somewhat annoying that the turbo spin option is located within the settings menu. Also, the default bet level of €2 seems a bit high, and €1 would be more appropriate. Minor details, perhaps, but they accumulate.
I do like the Autoplay menu, which includes both a Quick Spin and Turbo Spin option. Now, let's discuss the game itself.
The similarities end there, however, as the three modifiers are all about improving position multipliers. This is a system I haven't encountered before, and it's a little disappointing that the multipliers only affect money symbols.
On a positive note, the bonus round has a good hit rate, and money symbols are collected without needing collector symbols. The 5,000x maximum win is solid, with a reasonable hit rate. The visuals offer few surprises compared to similar slots, and this game may not be a major success in all markets.
