The theme of Treasures of Asgard is all about Norse mythology, but, unfortunately, the slot’s production values are nothing to write home about. We don’t mind simpler slots, but the symbol designs just don’t work as a whole here, and it’s all rather tough to look at.

There are 10 pay symbols in Treasures of Asgard, and they are divided into 4 low pays, 4 mid pays and 2 high pays. For low pays, there are your usual card ranks from Jacks to Aces, and these pay up to 8x your bet for a full combination. For mid pays, there are symbols with mythical beasts and Norse gods, and these symbols pay up to 32x your bet for a full set. Finally, there are Frigga symbols and Odin symbols. These symbols pay out even in sets of just two, and a full set of Odin symbols is worth 200x your bet.

For specials, there are Loki Wilds and Scatters. Loki Wilds can substitute for any of the pay symbols, and they also work as Multiplier Wilds that double wins in which they feature.

If you manage to land 3 Scatters on the three middle reels, you’ll trigger the Free Spins feature with a set of 10 free spins. You can win more free spins as well, but that’s not the most important detail here. The most important detail is that you’ll get all your wins locked for extra respins that always continue for as long as they keep improving your overall payout.

Although there’s nothing wrong with the gameplay side of Treasures of Asgard, it’s impossible to like the slot’s presentation. On top of that, we don’t appreciate the fact that we know absolutely nothing about the game’s math model. The bottom line? You should feel free to stay away from this release!
