There are 4 sleeping Tiki masks close to each corner of the grid, and these are sticky at all times. Whenever a win happens adjacent to them, they wake up and turn into wild symbols. Wilds step in for all regular pay symbols, and winning symbols are removed to be replaced by new symbols dropping from above. This Cascading Win process repeats as long as you form new winners.
