There aren’t that many fruit slots running on the Megaways engine yet, and this is certainly a solid contribution. You get an above-average RTP of 96.5 %, and the Ante Bet allows you to minimize the base game grind for a measly price of only 5 coins extra per spin. Of the 2 bonus round options, we preferred the sticky wilds feature, as the random wilds round came with too many spins with no wilds at all.
Sticky Sevens Megaways Features
The Ante Bet feature is turned off by default, but you can switch it on at any time between paid spins. It will cost you 5 coins extra per spin, but your bonus round chances are then doubled. The red 7 wild steps in for all regular pay symbols to help you form winning combos, and the wild does not hold any value of its own.
The wilds come with multipliers of x1, x2 or x3 both in the base game and during the bonus round. Speaking of, you trigger the Bonus Round by landing 3 to 6 bonus scatters anywhere in sight, and you get to choose between the Sticky Wild feature or the Random Wild feature.
Either way, you will have to spin a Wheel of Fortune up front to determine the number of free spins you get. The number of triggering bonus scatters determine the Bonus Wheel tier, and if you trigger the bonus round with 6 scatters you automatically get the best possible bonus round tier, and this also means that you don’t need to spin the Wheel.
The Bonus Wheel comes with a level up segment, and this takes you to a new wheel with better free spin prizes. You can get between 7 and 20 Sticky Wild free spins, and all wilds that land become sticky for the duration of the feature. The wilds will also change size as the dynamic reel layout changes per spin.

The Ante Bet option seems reasonably priced, and it’s probably a good idea if you want to minimize the time you spend in the base game grind.
In our view, the sticky wild free spins option is probably your best bet if you want to win big, although we have no numbers to back up that claim. The fact that you get less free spins than the random wilds option is a tell-tale sign though, and we didn’t like all the spins that awarded zero wilds in that option. The math model is overall solid, with a 96.5 % RTP and 10,000x potential, and fans of the fruity genre will probably enjoy this release.
