Our Verdict
Royal Mines is a rather good attempt by a small studio to come up with a non-standard visualization of a legendary video game. The result is nice and playable, although I recommend avoiding large bets. There are too many missing parts, and the final outcome is based on luck at the end of the day.
In fact, all these games have this flaw or advantage, depending on the point of view. Obviously, Royal Mines was a successful edition, or on the contrary, because 2 years later, another arcade with a more minimalistic theme and design and a 4,000x the bet max win was released.
Both Minesweeper-based titles have discreet aesthetics, effortless functionality, and simple rules, but lack bonus features. If you feel comfortable in such an environment, I can suggest other games.
