Game Review
A relatively new company is trying hard to establish themselves as a solid studio that can deliver all kinds of games. On the Crash game front, we’re now getting a game called Pilot Cup, and what we can reveal straight away is that it’s a very solid game in most regards. For more detailed info, though, you’ll have to give the following lines a read.
The Crash game niche is by no means full of interesting themes just yet, but Pilot Cup features a football theme, which feels fresh and which allows sports fans to finally dive into the niche with something that’s right up their alley. Unfortunately, the actual visuals are a bit rough overall, and, from that point of view, Pilot Cup is actually one of the worse Crash games out there.
The mathematical model of Pilot Cup allows you to play for as little as £0.10 per round, while the game’s max bet stands at £100. The most you can win is 5,000x your bet, and the theoretical RTP is well above average, clocking in at 96.50%.
Gameplay and Features
The gameplay loop of Pilot Cup follows the basic Crash game formula. First, you have to place your bet for the upcoming game round. Once it begins, you’ll get to track a football flying to the right, with the displayed bet multiplier constantly increasing as it does. Your goal is to click the Take button before the football bursts. Doing so will net you the currently displayed bet multiplier, while failing to do so will force you to walk away with nothing at all.
Crucially, you can place up to two bets per game round, and there are also Take 50% buttons that allow you to cash out just half your bet. This gives you plenty of strategic options, and it makes for a deep experience overall, especially for experienced Crash game fans that want to have as much control as possible.
Some basic multiplayer and autoplay features are then present as well, but they are by no means special.
Review Summary
All in all, it seems that we finally have a solid Crash game with a sports theme, and Pilot Cup can certainly be recommended for all football fans. Its visuals are a bit rough, true, but, to compensate for that, there are plenty of strategic options thanks to the fact that you can place up to 2 bets per game round and that you can cash out just half your bet instead of cashing out everything. And, of course, the game’s 5,000x jackpot is rather nice as well!
