Review of Newlette Classic
Newlette Classic is a new, unique, single-player betting game. A player competes against computer players to win the total game pot. The player gets one chance to place a bet.
At the beginning, the player doesn't know how many computer opponents there are or the total pot size. The player's bet buys a share of the Newlette wheel (the total pot). There are minimum and maximum bet amounts. The game can have between two and five players. These rules set the possible minimum and maximum pot sizes. The number of computer opponents is random (between 1 and 4).
The pot includes the player’s bet plus a random bet from each computer opponent (minus a fee). The player learns the total game pot and their percentage of the Newlette wheel after betting. The player’s share of the wheel is based on the ratio of their bet to the total bets.
The game begins after the player bets and the wheel ownership is set randomly. The Newlette wheel is spun, and a ball is dropped like in Roulette. The winner is the player who owns the part of the wheel where the ball lands.
