Mines BB comes with a modern design and a 5x5 grid, offering the retro Minesweeper gameplay in a new pack. Players need to navigate bombs and reveal games to win rounds and cash out increasing prizes. There are 24 tiers with 1 to 24 bombs on the 25-position field, and the risk increases with every modification.
Mines BB requires luck and strategy and provides a top win of 10,000x the bet, but no more than $10,000. However, it's not available across all levels! In order to play for the max, you will need to set between 4 and 21 bombs on the grid. If you activate 1 or 24 bombs, the max prize will be 24x, 2 or 23 bombs - 288x, while 3 or 22 bombs can deliver up to 2,208x the wager.
Players can pick from a variety of stake levels, starting at $0.10 per round and reaching $500. Once you select the grid setup and your bet, hit the green Place a Bet button and start a round. To the left, you'll see your chance of revealing a Gem and the max win, while above the board, you can see the next win multiplier if your guess is correct.
Multipliers will increase up to the max win which will be achieved if you reveal all gems. If you encounter a Bomb, the round ends, and you lose your winnings. After every successful turn, you have the opportunity to Cashout via the green button to the left. Thus, you'll end the round and get your current winnings. The Mines BB RTP rate is 97.92%!
Mines BB Features
Mines BB does not differ from most of the instant-win games out there and comes with no special features or bonus minigames. You can use betting strategies or your intuition which more or less is considered a superpower. However, there are one or two technical features that will help you optimize your performance.
History & Autobet & Autoplay
The History tab is available in the toolbar above the active zone and can be used for extracting stats for advanced betting strategies. Mines BB is not a multiplayer game, so you can check your own results only.
Autobet excludes strategic play and allows players to ask the generator for a random move. You can enable it via the Cards icon on the left side of the green button. The system will choose a random position to reveal either a gem or a bomb. This is a risky option, and I do not recommend it.
Autoplay is available through a small white icon placed in the right side of the green button. It will open an advanced panel where you can set Loss Limit and Win Limit. Players can choose from 25, 50, 75, and 100 consecutive rounds and the exact positions that they want to be revealed. The gambling feature is available here as well.
Provably Fair

Our Verdict
Mines BB is another Provably Fair variant of the retro masterpiece that was once available on desktop PCs. At first glance, it doesn't differ much from alternatives. It's designed in a simplistic way and offers 24 different levels of play and risk tiers.
Overall, Mines BB brings no innovation, in my opinion, but if you are a fan of these games, the title is a must. It is based on a Provably Fair system and offers useful technical tools. The payout rate and maximum win are among the highest in this field, although not the highest in the industry.
