This game is a dynamic reels version of a previous effort. Not too much has changed from the original, except for the bigger and bolder format that also comes with a Rolling Reels mechanic.

You can still land Epic Strike instant scatter prizes up to 2,000x your stake in all stages of the game, and the bonus round multiplier applies to regular wins only. This is a tad disappointing to be honest, but at least you get a progressive win multiplier in the feature instead of a fixed multiplier. The overall 5,000x potential is low for a Megaways release.

You can turn on the Win Booster ante bet feature between any base game spin, and this will cost you 2x your regular stake per spin. The benefit is extra free spins scatters, as well as extra Epic Strike scatters. You are also guaranteed at least 4 positions per reel with the Win Booster turned on. This means that you get at least 4,096 Megaways per spin.

The premium symbols pay between 0.8 and 2.5 x your stake for 6 of a kind wins, and all winning symbols are removed via the Rolling Reels mechanic. New and/or existing symbols will replace the removed symbols, and this process repeats for as long as you keep winning. You can also land a Wild symbol on all reels except reel 1, and wilds step in for pay symbols to help complete and/or improve wins.

You get +5 additional free spins per additional triggering scatter, and the bonus round comes with a progressive win multiplier that starts at x1. The win multiplier increases by +1 per rolling reels win, and it will boost regular wins (but not Epic Strike wins). You win +4 extra free spins per 4 retrigger scatter symbols you collect.

The Bonus Buy Menu is available in some jurisdictions, but not in the UK for sure. You get 6 options from this menu, if eligible, and you can pay 50x, 70x, or 85x your stake for 10, 15, or 20 free spins with the Win Booster turned off, respectively. Alternatively, you can pay 100x, 140x, or 170x your stake for 10, 15, or 20 free spins with the Win Booster turned on, respectively.

This Megaways version offers nothing to revolutionize the concept. You get a bigger and bolder format via the dynamic grid, and the Win Booster will dial up the Megaways experience a few notches among other things. It seems like a good idea to squeeze the most out of this game, at least if you can afford it.

Getting extra scatters and Epic Strike symbols is helpful after all, as you will get the bonus round more frequently. In addition, the extra Epic Strike scatters will help you land potentially larger Epic Strike prizes, but we are pretty disappointed by the fact that the top-tier Epic Strike prize is only 2,000x your stake also in this Megaways installment. The overall 5,000x potential is hardly impressive either.
