The two games are similar in more ways than that however, as the Fruity Free Spins option is almost identical to that other game's sole bonus round. Both are volatile games, although the obvious source of inspiration comes with almost twice the announced potential. Still, being able to win up to 12,500x your stake is not bad. Fruity Bonanza Scatter Drops Features
The Scatter Drops mechanic means that symbols can land anywhere to create a win, just as long as you land the minimum of 8 matching symbols. The Cascading Reels feature makes sure winning symbols are removed from the reels, and replaced by new symbols dropping from above. This process repeats as long as you keep landing new winning combinations.
Before you start playing however, you should decide whether or not you want to activate the Fortune Bet feature. This increases your stake by 1.25x, but it also doubles your chances of triggering the bonus round. The scatter symbol is a yellow star, and you need at least 4 anywhere in sight to trigger the free spins feature.
You get 10 free spins (or “free drops” as it’s called in-game) when you land the minimum of 4 scatters. However, each extra scatter you land on top of the minimum awards more spins up to a maximum of 76 free spins.
