A cool blue underwater background showcases the cute cartoon drawings of the frog and his friends. The frog symbol is the game’s Wild, but he only hops out on reels 2 and 4. When he appears, he can stand in for all other symbols, except for the Scatter. The Scatter appears on reels 3, 4, and 5 and is represented by a square symbol imprinted with the game’s name. Other symbols include a 9, 10, J, Q, K and A, the Lily Pd, a smiling brown-shelled Turtle and a straight-faced Yellow Fish.

There are some animations to jazz up the game a bit, including the lilies opening, bubbles rolling up from the bottom, and the turtles whipping out a cane and tap dancing whenever they line up into a win. Winning yellow fish wink at you before swimming away, and the Wild frog jumps and ribbits when he is part of a winning combo.

Unfortunately, a great opportunity was missed to add some really fun swamp-like sound effects, which would’ve added a lot to the playing experience. Instead, the standard slot game soundtrack was repeated, punctuated every so often by a frog’s croak.
