As the name suggests, Double Exposure is a blackjack variant where the dealer's cards are visible from the beginning. This advantage for the player is balanced by other rules.

While knowing the dealer's hand gives the player a strategic edge, the house edge is usually higher. Blackjack pays even money instead of the usual 3 to 2. Also, the dealer wins on all ties except for a Blackjack.

The player can still Double Down and Split, but splitting is limited to once. The dealer stands on both hard and soft 17.
