Hospitals aren't typically anyone's favorite place, and a significant portion of people experience heightened anxiety regarding them. This game takes place in a frightening hospital setting run by a character called Dr. Death, who seems to interpret their medical qualifications as permission to harm.

If you're familiar with similar themed games, you'll have an idea of the unsettling visuals. This game is more of a physical horror experience. It features Enhancer Cells providing modifiers, with all active in the top-tier Annihilation Bonus. One is active in the Pre-Op feature, and wins reach up to 54,391x your wager.
