The original release, Africa X Up, was a good effort, and it's great to see they've tried to improve in this Greek mythology sequel. Chronicles of Olympus X UP isn't the most original name, but those familiar with the first game will likely be happy that the features and math model have been upgraded.
You can now build up an x50 multiplier via the X UP token collection feature, and even pay for a better multiplier before the bonus round. Wilds expand on landing, and these are best when trying to hit the massive 50,000x potential. You're still dealing with adjustable RTP and high volatility, but it's a highly enjoyable game in an exciting series.

The symbol values aren’t that high, but that’s understandable considering the multiplier. The 5 premium symbols, Zeus, Hera, Aphrodite, Poseidon and Hades, pay between 2.33 and 4 x your stake for 5-oak.
The golden wild is the most valuable symbol, awarding 4.17x for 5 of a kind wins. The wild always expands to cover the full reel when it lands, and it can appear on all 5 reels. The wild also steps in for regular pay symbols to help complete winning combinations.
Landing two X UP scatters anywhere in view awards a token collected in the Free Spins Multiplier Meter on the left. The meter starts at 2x, going through 3x, 4x, 5x, 7x, 10x, 25x, and ending on 50x at the top. The multiplier achieved in the base game will be active in the bonus round.

A lot has been done right in this sequel, and it’s good that they’ve increased the potential with the multiplier range. It improves the potential significantly. 50,000x is more than solid enough to make this follow-up attractive.
We also like the Upsizer feature, allowing you to pay extra for a better starting multiplier in the bonus round. A screen full of expanded wilds award 1,013.31x, which is the most you can hope for in the base game. You need the x50 multiplier to crack the potential from a single free spin, and things can get tense when you climb the multiplier ladder. Overall, Chronicles of Olympus X UP is a worthy follow-up, and it makes us wonder what’s next.
