Here's a review of a game launched in 2021. It takes place on a 5x3 setup with 5 paylines.

The game’s theme is based on a fairy tale. It’s all about a devil, a fair maiden, and a guy that sets out to help her. The audiovisual presentation of the slot is slightly below average. The symbols are fine, and so is the animated background, but the package does lack a little bit in terms of polish.

Unfortunately, there’s not all that much that we can say about the mathematical model of the game. The developers aren’t willing to share such details. Therefore, pretty much the only thing that we can share with you is that you can enjoy the proceedings for stakes between £0.10 and £100 per spin.

Slot Features

There are as many as 11 pay symbols, and it’s possible to divide them into 4 low pays, 3 mid pays and 4 high pays. For low pays, there are your usual card ranks from Jacks to Aces, and these symbols pay 4x your bet for a full set. Then, there are playing cards, tridents and swords, with these symbols paying up to 32x your bet for a full combination. Finally, there are four character symbols, which all pay out even in sets of just two. Devil symbols are worth the most, and you’ll walk away with a juicy 500x payout for a set of five.

In terms of special symbols, there are just Devil Wilds, which can substitute for any of the pay symbols in winning combinations. Moreover, they work as Expanding Wilds, which means that they can expand to cover an entire reel in case that would lead to a win.

There are no free spins or respins in the game, but you can take advantage of Full Reel Multipliers, which can net you a 3x, 4x, or even a 5x win multiplier if you fill the first 3, 4, or 5 reels with card rank symbols. It’s not much, admittedly, but it’s certainly better than nothing.

Review Summary

While the theme is interesting, the final product is a disappointing package overall. It's bland gameplay-wise, it has no free spins, and there’s just very little for you to see and take advantage of. It’s a bit of a shame, but there you go.
