At first glance we thought this was a Moon Princess copycat taken to the big Megaways format, but that’s hardly the case. The anime-inspired visuals are similar, but the gameplay does not compare. You get anime characters as the top-tier symbols, and the setting is a dreamy fantasy world that will probably appeal to certain players. It’s not everyone's favorite theme, but there is certainly a niche for this kind of thing.

The gameplay seems inspired by another Megaways title, but Celestial Sisters Megaways is no reskin. The base game comes with the cascading mechanic, as well as mystery symbols, both of which are common features in the dynamic grid genre. You get 4 options of starting win multipliers and number of FS when the bonus round triggers, and the Build A Bonus buy feature (not UK) is the most original thing about this release. Still, a decent enough game that certain players will probably appreciate.
