If there is one thing certain it’s candy world themed slots are popular, and Candy Blitz adds another one. The visuals are familiar, but the colorful presentation is still pleasing. You get to see plenty of candy on the 5x6 grid, and it comes with a special reel on the rightmost side.

This is the Multiplier Reel, and multiplier symbols tumble down per spin and per tumble win. You get a new multiplier per spin and tumble win. Things heat up when the blanks are removed in the bonus round, as you are guaranteed to get x2 to x500 multipliers per spin/tumble. You win by landing 8 to 12+ matching symbols anywhere on the grid, and the latter awards between 0.75 and 50 x your stake. There are no Wild symbols in Candy Blitz, but all winning symbols are removed via the Tumble mechanic. New and/or existing symbols will then drop down to fill the gaps, and the process repeats for as long as you keep winning.

You will see the Multiplier Reel on the uttermost right, and 5 multiplier symbols and/or blanks, drop down to fill this special reel per spin. The multiplier symbols come with values of x1-x6, x8, x10, x12, x15, x20, x25, x50, x100, x250, or x500, and the blue candy symbol is the x1 blank that does nothing. No blanks will appear on the multiplier reel during the bonus round, and the minimum multiplier is therefore x2. Review Summary

Candy slots started with the success of Sweet Bonanza. They have come up with plenty of sweets-themed releases, and Candy Blitz is a clever one. The multiplier symbols are somewhat elusive in the base game though, and that pesky blue x1 candy has an uncanny way of finding itself in the bottom position when you win.

Larger multiplier wins can come out of the blue, however, but they are much more likely to happen in the bonus round. The blue candy is long gone when the feature triggers, which means that every win will be boosted by at least x2. Tumble wins get even more exciting since you get a new multiplier per tumble, and the solid 10,000x potential is within reach. It comes with a decent 1 in 4m hit rate as well, and we found Candy Blitz to be a highly entertaining and mood-lifting slot that we have no trouble recommending.
