Baron Bloodmore Review
Visually, Baron Bloodmore and the Crimson Castle has a similar vibe to other highly volatile slots. This isn’t a deeply spooky addition to the vampire slot genre, but it’s an entertaining game due to the unique twist on established features.
A large 3x3 mystery symbol sometimes appears to keep the base game interesting, and it appears on every free spin. These are merely warm-ups to the main Crimson Cash Hold & Respin round. The 25,000x potential puts this in the top tier for possible returns, and players looking for some undead action should give this a spin.
Baron Bloodmore Features
There are 3 visually different wild symbols in this game, depicting 3 vampire sisters. They all substitute for regular pay symbols, and they also pay the same as the top dog himself, Baron Bloodmore. This means that 5 wilds on a payline awards 30x your stake.
Massive 3x3 Mystery Symbols can land partially or fully in view on the 3 middle reels, and all positions in view will turn into the same randomly chosen symbol (wilds included, but not scatters). This is known as the Massive Mystery Symbols feature.
You need at least 3 winged skull scatters on the same spin to trigger the Bonus Round, and you win 10, 15 or 20 free spins when you land 3, 4 or 5 scatters, respectively. The big difference from the base game is that Massive Mystery Symbols will appear on each free spin.
In addition to the regular bonus round, a variant of the classic Streak Respins feature called The Crimson Cash Bonus is included. You trigger the Hold & Win feature by landing at least 5 cash symbols anywhere, and the triggering cash symbols become sticky as the remaining positions are cleared.
You start with 3 respins, and the tally resets to 3 again for every new sticky cash symbol you land. The cash symbols come with values between 1x and 50x attached, and the feature ends when all respins have been used up. The cash values are then added together, as is usually the case. There are 3 unique twists included however, and we’ll list them up below:
- Pattern Collect - fill 5 highlighted positions with cash symbols to add all their values together. This amount is then added to, and doubled, at the middle position of the grid. The pattern collect symbols are removed, and a new pattern is generated.
- Spawn - a golden bat symbol will multiply all sticky cash symbol values by a random number whenever it lands.
- Copy - land the coffin symbol, and it will copy all cash values in sight onto itself.
The 200 Spins Baron Bloodmore Experience
Baron Bloodmore and the Crimson Castle is a refreshing take on the vampire genre, and it's great when developers add something unique to already established features like the Streak Respins. We had a good time testing this game, and you can see how it all played out in the brief and edited highlights video below.
Review Summary
Many developers are confident in churning out similar releases with the same classic features year after year, but there's always something original with this game. When classic features are used, they always make sure to add an original twist or two, making the game unique. This is exactly what you get with Baron Bloodmore, and it would be great if more developers did the same.
Visually, it’s not the most impressive thing, but featurewise you’ll find plenty of solid entertainment here. The 3x3 mystery symbol adds tension to every free spin, and the 3 Streak Respins extras makes a big difference compared to most similar games. The 25,000x potential is the highest to date, and high risk/reward players have plenty to sink their teeth into here.

Immortal Romance - might be old, but it's timeless. It comes with 4 character driven bonus rounds, and you can win up to 12,150x your stake.
Money Train 2 - is among the best options if you’re looking for a Hold & Respin feature with tons of modifying extras. There are 11 special symbols that can help you out in that regard, and you can win up to 50,000x your stake.
Blood Suckers 2 - has not quite been able to live up to the success of the original game, but this is still a follow-up worth checking out for vampire fans. The visuals are greatly improved, and you get plenty of new features also.
