The game is based upon the legendary Caesar Augustus. He was the first Roman emperor, and helped transform Rome from a republic to an empire. In this game he looks kind of mean and sly, but apparently he was a good leader. It’s always nice to have options like you get with the 3 different bonus rounds. However, the golden middle way is probably the best choice in the long run.
