Astronaut (100HP Gaming) Game Review
Astronaut is the latest Crash Game launched by the crypto gambling developer 100HP Gaming. It was announced and released in March and is already available across partnering sites. However, one or two details are still missing, which raises some questions. If you consider testing the arcade, come with me on an intergalactic adventure!
100HP Gaming is an ambitious software developer established in 2022 with headquarters in Cyprus. The company is focused on the Crash-gambling sector and produces only this category of games. 100HP Gaming strives to stand out by providing customizable solutions and gamification features of a new generation.
Astronaut is a Provably Fair game. The game has a very similar layout and design as one of the legends in the category. Instead of an airplane, you will be watching a space rocket that is taking off and will fly indefinitely until it decides to fly away. That's the Crash mechanic moment when the round is over.
Astronaut lacks bonus features, but has in-game promotions and you'll need a special promo code. If you get one, open the game menu and click on the last option "Bonus Game". You'll need to insert the code and activate the bonus game. From that moment on, your balance will be freezed until the promotional time is over.
Astronaut is an extremely simple game to play, like pretty much all the Crash games in general. You have 2 betting stations, which are 100% individual, and you can place 1 or 2 wagers per round. In order to choose the exact amount, use the minus and plus buttons on both sides of the field or simply click on it and write down the bet. You can choose any amount from $0.10 up to $150 per bet.
Thus, high rollers can stake up to $300 per round, but Astronaut is not really that type of a game. The max win is capped at $10,000, so your winnings will be limited if you choose high stakes. As expected, the game has adjusted volatility, and surprisingly, an Astronaut RTP rate is missing. Airjet and StarX, the other two similar games in the provider's repertoire, have rates of 98%, so I assume the same will be with Astronaut.
You will have a few seconds to arrange your bets if you haven't done that during the previous round. Once you are all set, watch the rocket taking off and the win multiplier bulking up. Remember that it can crash on any second, and all winnings that haven't been cashed out will be lost for good.
If you press the yellow "Withdraw" button, the current payout will be saved in your bankroll, and you can wait for the flight's end. There is no 50% cash-out option in the game, but there are various statistics and Auto features, which I will present in the next paragraphs. You can use the "History of Rounds" setting via the Clock icon to see the last crash multipliers.
Astronaut Features
As I already mentioned, Astronaut has no bonus features and specials to take advantage of. It is a classic Crash game if such a definition can be used. Autobet and Autowithdrawal are available for each of the bet stations and allow you to facilitate your play. Simply choose the win multiplier value and bet size, and mark off one or both features.
Plenty of stats and a live chat feature are also at hand. Statistics will help you feel the game's dynamic for the current moment and see how often multipliers reach high values. The live chat, on the other hand, is a way to communicate with other players because, after all, Astronaut is a multiplayer casino game!
However, the biggest advantage of Crash games is the Provably Fair technology. It is a blockchain-based alternative to Random Number Generators (RNG), and for many crypto gamblers, it's superior. Provably Fair allows you to check the fairness of each game round in real time. To do that, simply click on the Shield icon in the leaderboard or in your game history. You will see the Salt and Hash, which you can use with any online calculator to see whether the round result was fair.
Theme & Graphics
Astronaut features a Space Adventure theme and, in general, offers crisp graphics, nice animations, and relaxing audio. The only issue with all of this is its resemblance to Aviator and perhaps one or two other Crash games. Then again, it is a simple design and I believe that the mechanics are genuine and it's all up to the standards.
The game is available in mobile and desktop views, and I tested both versions for the purpose of this review. The mobile version is nice in landscape mode, but as expected most stats are hidden and more difficult to use. The desktop view is preferable, at least from my point of view. The most important piece is that Astronaut is perfectly compatible with all platforms, browsers, and operating systems.

Our Verdict
Astronaut looks like another attempt of 100HP Gaming to engage the fans of simple Crash games. It comes with an elegant design and features that most of us are familiar with. However, there are plates, like myself, that prefer more creative arcades. I personally find StarX and Airjet more attractive and with definitely better stats - 98% and max wins of 12,960x the bet (€259,200).
You should check it out by any means, but if you prefer the Aviator style, I have another suggestion - Triple Cash or Crash. This amazing arcade was launched by Betsoft in 2023 and pays up to 100,000x. Besides awesome audio and visual effects, the game offers up to 3 bets per round and multiple technical features.
Nowadays, there are dozens of Crash challenges in the market, and 100HP Gaming will hardly deliver innovation with releases like Astronaut. No, Meta Crash and Crime Empire look far better, and their excellent results are not a coincidence. So, in conclusion, I can rate Astronaut as a must-try because of its classic design, but only if the studio provides RTP information and more accurate technical details.
