Instead of a branded license from a major studio, for exclusive rights to a monster hunter movie, the developers have simply made a game about the distant relative, Anna, instead. The fierce redhead goes after a classic looking Count Dracula in this game, or more specifically, she goes after his riches.
It’s a rather mediocre effort, something the math model reflects very well. The 1,500x max win fails to engage, and the different wild features are usually not all that exciting when they finally trigger. The visual style sticks out in a positive way, but overall the game fails to deliver a compelling atmosphere that would draw players into the action.

You’ll benefit from 3 different wild symbols in this game. The howling wolf wild, as well as the Van Helsing wild and the Dracula wild. The wolf wild is the highest paying symbol in the game, while the 2 character wilds trigger features instead of paying anything on their own. Land 5 wolf wilds on a payline, and you win 30x your stake. All wilds substitute for regular pay symbols, like wilds usually do.

This is very true in this game, and it makes the whole thing less attractive than it could have been. The base game is mostly a grind, with the very occasional mid-sized win from the expanded Van Helsing wild. A wolf attack trigger can, in theory, bring in 750x your stake if all reels are filled with wilds.
The bonus round is not really that exciting either, at least not when you’ve seen a few times how little impact the whole Dracula Banishment feature usually has. The feeling of something big being possible is just lacking as you play, and it’s not only about the very mediocre 1,500x potential. Horror fans are better off with a spooky ‘Book of’ style game, as this effort comes across as half-baked.
