The Alice in Wonderland fairy tale has inspired many slots, and now we have Alice Riches. The developers have introduced a new take on the Alice slots, and tweaked the popular Hold & Win feature, delivering a new layer of entertainment to the gameplay.

With a fairy tale meets steampunk theme, Alice Riches looks unique in the niche of Wonderland-inspired slots. It isn't something we see every day, and this fusion is a stand-out. The 5x3 reel set producing 50 ways to play is set in a backdrop of a steampunk city with a maze in front, and the pay symbols are styled in tradition with the genre. Alice Riches - Bonus Features

Central to the gameplay is the Epic Rewards bonus game, which is activated when 6 or more Bonus Mad Hatter's hat symbols appear anywhere in view during the base game. The triggering symbols will then lock in place, and players will proceed to a new type of reel set made up of blanks and hat symbols, and all new hat symbols will also stick to the reels.

And here comes the twist! Unlike in most slots featuring the Hold & Win Respins, bonus symbols do not come with Multipliers attached, but form groups, transforming into mega symbols, and prizes are awarded depending on the size of grouped symbols. Steampunk Alice in Wonderland isn't something we're seeing every day. Luckily, the design isn't the only thing in Alice Riches, but the features also, or precisely, the Respins. While Free Spins don't deliver enough excitement with its only perk a Wild Reel, the Epic Riches bonus game, in turn, is much more fascinating. However, don't expect to get showered in diamonds here, as all you can hope for is only 1,527x the stake, or even 1,184x if you're playing with a higher RTP. Overall, it's a decent slot, but weak math with low rewards won't let this one into the big leagues.
