3 China Pots slot game, as the title implies, immerses players in a traditional Asian setting. The game is set against a serene backdrop of towering pagodas and soft, purple skies, while the reels incorporate familiar Chinese icons. Nothing groundbreaking, but the graphics are crisp, the animations are smooth, and the sound effects are great too.
Loading the game takes us to the standard 5x3 reel set, where there are 25 fixed ways to play. To achieve a win, you have to land 3 or more of the same symbols adjacently on the reels starting from the leftmost along one of the active lines. To spin the reels, bets from €0.25 to €60 are required.
3 China Pots Features
The base game of the 3 China Pots slot machine is quite uneventful, and all the action takes place in the Hold and Win bonus. It’s not a regular streak-style respins action though - there are 3 different upgrades to the feature, which can trigger separately or combined all at once, covered below.
Bonus Game
Above the reels are sitting 3 different pots, namely Extra, Double, and Multi, each tied to the corresponding bonus upgrade. Each pot has its associated bonus symbol - of blue, red, and purple colors respectively, and whenever one hits anywhere in view, there’s a chance the named feature will activate. If multiple different tokens appear on the same spin, there’s a possibility that the combination of those features will trigger instead.
- Extra Feature - the number of respins is increased by 1, to a total of 4.
- Double Feature - adds a second grid, which operates separately. At the start, the triggering symbols are duplicated on this board.
- Multi Feature - random multipliers can enhance symbol positions on each respin, with possible values of 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, 8x, and 10x.
Each bonus symbol - coin - displays a random cash value from 1x to 10x the bet, which is collectible in the bonus game only. The bonus starts with 3 respins to start with, and whenever a coin appears, it locks in place for the remainder of the feature and resets the respins tally. The feature lasts until the player runs out of spin or the entire reel setup is filled with bonus symbols.
Plus, some of the bonus symbols can land with jackpot values attached to them. These can be Mini, Minor, or Major, worth 15x, 30x, or 100x your bet respectively. Filling the grid entirely awards a Grand Jackpot of 2,000x the stake on top of any other rewards.

Our Verdict
After spending some time with 3 China Pots, I can say it’s a decent slot on its own, but quite unremarkable, as it ultimately falls short of bringing something truly new to the table. It isn’t an entirely groundbreaking concept. So, while 3 China Pots does everything it sets out to do competently, it doesn't really push the envelope in any meaningful way.
The visual presentation leans heavily on the common Chinese theme, which is nothing new in the slot world. While the graphics are neatly executed and the audio complements the theme, it doesn’t elevate the game beyond what we’ve come to expect from similar titles. It’s a decent game, but it’s far from a standout in a crowded market.
So, what can I say? 3 China Pots offers an experience that is, at best, mediocre. It’s not a game that will likely make a lasting impression, but it should appeal to those who enjoy this style of gameplay and are fans of the Hold and Win mechanic at the end of the day.
